Martins Industries' New Tire Rack Plant
New Factory - Racks, Displays, Carts and more
Martins
Industries’ plant is
located in Montreal
(Farnham) and has an area of 42 000 square feet. With our newly
equipped
plant we manufacture tire racks, tire and wheel displays, carts and
other
equipments. We have CNC and automated press brake, a cutting saw, a
Motoman
robotic welder, welding machines and a powder coating paint line.
New Equipment
To continuously improve the way we create our racks and other products we added two working cells for research and development. Therefore, we can develop prototypes faster and fabricate 1 to 10 units’ orders. In addition, our racks are washed with a special preparation and painted with powder coated paint. We also acquired a new welding robot, Motoman 7-axis, used for large scale production projects.
Certified Tire Racks and Equipment
Martins
Industries’ racks and other products as
well as the welders are certified by the Canadian
Welding Bureau (CWB) and meet the CSA
Standard W47.1. The CWB certification regulates the quality of our
steel, metal
filler, and gas and equipment which increases the quality of our
products.
Martins Industries can
design and customize
racks and displays to your specifications. We have 3 full time
mechanical and
industrial engineers working with 3D and 2D drawings such as Solid Edge
and
AutoCad. We are also able to import/export any 3D drawings to meet your
requirements. Our experience in this field enables us to create
a rack or display from your sketch or even just an idea. We will
work
with you in order to ensure that the rack you need is the rack you get.

metal saw helps gain productivity, it provides fast and accurate steel
cuts. It is one of the many process elements contributing to our lean
manufacturing.
